Recent Interest Rates

Interest rates currently available have certainly made the refinance market pick up speed. I am hoping that this will funnel through to first time buyers. I think their market is in great shape right now. The costs of first homes are down and the rates are also down. You couldn't ask for more in that area.

If you are thinking about refinancing, this might be the right time to do it. The Bond touched an area last seen in 2003 although it was only briefly. The expectation is that this will trickle down again to that low before resuming the rate climb we had previously been on.
