Everyone says that the real estate market is terrible. Take a look at these statistics from Burlington County, NJ December 2007.
Number of Houses Sold: 4, 388 Total Value: $1,176,581,000
Number of Condos Sold: 456 Total Value: $111,703,000
Thats $1.3 billion in sales in December.
December is a month that is typically considered to be one of the slowest months of the year.
The bottom line is......houses are selling everyday. I don't know about anyone else, but I dont need to close 4,000+ sales/month in order to make a decent living.
